Summary

Summer brings its own set of challenges for condo grounds. The property manager wanted the outdoor spaces looking clean and inviting for residents and guests, while also keeping safety around the pool area in mind.

The Work

Cut grass throughout the complex, avoiding areas around the pool as requested
Pulled weeds and picked up any trash in the courtyard and common areas
Watered flower beds to keep plants healthy
Pruned bushes to maintain a tidy appearance

The Outcome

The grounds now look well-kept and ready for summer. Residents can enjoy a neat green space, and property managers have one less thing to worry about.
